It all started from just a wish to run a sustainable business for the family of Mr. Chalit and Ms. Suchaya Yonghencharoen (Founders). Chalit Industry entered into the automotive rubber parts industry in 1991 in the name of “CH.kolakarn.”

Mr. Chalit managed to successfully develop the first molding tool and produce and bring spring shackles to the market. After the launch of the first product, “POP” and CH.kolakarn became common names in Thailand’s automotive and rubber parts market.

Later in 2000, as the client base became bigger and CH.konkalarn grew as expected, Mr. Chalit realised that the home-sized factory couldn’t manage to support the growing demands of the market. Chalit Industry was then relocated from the old factory at Soi Chalaem Nimit 4 to a new one. Also, to increase the effectiveness to meet the global standards, it was later moved to the current factory that has an operating area of 6,400 sq. m, which allows the company to support the ever-expanding automotive industry.

In 2017, under the management of the second-generation executives, CH.konlakarn was renamed and registered in a more modern name— Chalit Industry Co., Ltd. The organisation has become modernised not only in terms of name, but also of working processes. Mr. Chawit has brought innovation into the internal organisation management and enabled the team members to work more effectively in many aspects. Ms. Wimonluck Yonghencharoen, Marketing Director, is in charge of marketing and corporate image, making a better image of the organisation and driving better performance in terms of sales through all aspects including warehouse management, customer relationship management, and modern delivery management.

From the beginning as a family business to the future as a sustainable manufacturer of high-quality products.
